1. 雪具租借方面，預約日期7天前免費取消，7天內或當天不出現將會收取第1天租借費用。如需取消或更改預約，請登入網站至MY BOOKINGS或電郵至info@sunshinehakuba.jp改出更改。 2. 滑雪教練預約方面，一經預約確認，不設退款。 3. 需要接送服務的客人，請於至少72小時之前進行預約並請主動聯絡我們Whatsapp+852 54389997 或Line ID: sunshinehakuba查詢安排，否則未能安排接送服務。 4. 歸還裝備時間是租借日最後一天晚上6點前，如選擇在酒店乾燥室歸還，也需要在6點前拍照傳送給客服。如超過6點未歸還，需加收一天續租費用。
